We offer a headshot station with professional lighting, a backdrop, and a headshot pro to offer posing tips and capture great images. Our ability to instantly deliver personal headshot galleries to each participant truly sets up apart. The headshots are logo free, but the gallery they receive can have your branding to remind them who sponsored the great headshots!
Want retouching? Opt to have several proofs delivered to each participant and let them can select their favorite for retouching. Retouched images will then be returned to their gallery on a specified date.
Whether you prefer to have participants sign up in advance or on the spot, we can accommodate either option with simple QR code registration links.
Rates begin at $750 plus tax for 2 hours of headshot photography, 3 proofs per person and one final retouched image per person. Additional hours of photography start $250/hour plus tax. We offer a variety of options for number of proofs per person, retouching services, background colors and messaging to your participants that can be included in your registration form.
